HOW TO MAKE BIODIESEL LARGE SCALE AT HOME - BIOFUEL - METHANOL DISTILLATION - GLYCERIN FOR SOAP

HOW TO MAKE BIODIESEL LARGE SCALE AT HOME - BIOFUEL - METHANOL DISTILLATION - GLYCERIN FOR SOAP MAKING. http://www.thegreencabby.com/2016/01/how-to-make-biodiesel-large-scale-at.html BIO-DIESEL is an ORGANIC - NONTOXIC - BIODEGRADABLE BIOFUEL.
We give you a tour of how we make BIODIESEL, distill the methanol & reclaim it from the waste vegetable glycerin that is created in the biodiesel making process. Then we show you our holding tanks for both the Sodium Hydroxide ( NaOH ) & Potassium Hydroxide ( KOH ) Glycerins that we will use to make bio-diesel Glycerin Soap. We completely close the loop on this waste stream, using every byproduct of the waste vegtable oil ( WVO ).
We run the Bio Pro 190 automated Biodiesel Processor, yet many of the pump heads are having issues after about 40,000 gallons so we are currently running all the processes in manual mode until we can fix the issues.
The methanol revovery system we are running is the Freedom Clean Methanol Recovery System from US FREEDOM BIOFUELS we get back 7-10 gallons of methanol per batch of glycerin we run through it.
