Materials and Methods
Materials:
-Carbon fiber composite medical bed panel
-100% cotton batting
-Pipe cleaners
-Hot glue gun
-Scissors
-Measuring tape
-Iron
Methods:
1. Measure the length and width of the carbon fiber composite medical bed panel. Make a copy of the carbon fiber composite medical bed panel so that you have two panels of the same size. Cut the panels into thirds with scissors. You will now have three strips of equal length and width.
2. Sew a strip of batting along one long edge of each panel, stretching it as necessary to cover the entire edge. Push a pipe cleaner down one side of each batting strip, then hot glue it in place. Repeat this process to create a second row of batting on the other long edge of each panel.
3. Flip each panel over so that the batting is on the outside and the carbon fiber composite medical bed frame is on the inside. Align the edges of one frame piece with those of another, then hot glue them together. Now hot glue each side of the batting to the sides of both frame pieces
