What are the steps to change email signature in Outlook?

If you want to Change Outlook Email Signature but don't know how to go about it, follow the steps mentioned here. First of all, open the Outlook app and tap the menu icon. After this, tap the gear icon in the menu to open the Settings menu. Then in the Settings menu, you need to scroll down to the Mail section and tap Signature. In the Signature window, create a basic signature using the on-screen keyboard. Tap Done to save the changes.
