Senior High (2023) is a Philippines coming-of-age youth drama television series that is scheduled to be released on ABS-CBN's original network on 28 August 2023.
Senior High is the latest coming-of-age content on television, starring Andrea Brillantes, Kyle Echarri, Juan Karlos, Elijah Canlas, Zaijian Jaranilla, and Xyriel Manabat. It tells the story of teenage students who struggle with sensitive issues such as identity crisis, bullying and criminal behaviour, peer pressure, substance abuse, and suicide.
To assist move the audience and raise awareness of the serious issue, the mystery-thriller also addresses mental health. People in comparable situations will undoubtedly learn a thing or two from this primetime project.
"I want to make this different, to have an impact, and to teach people that we need to take responsibility for our own lives," Andrea Brillantes said in one of her remarks.
When questioned about personal encounters with peers in real life, some of the show's actors, such as Juan Karlos, responded, "Mahabang storya, pero marami na kong pinagdaanang mga bagay-bagay na ganiyan." Alam mo 'yun—believing you can trust others and discovering you can't."
Meanwhile, Xyriel Manabat told Metro.Style that she means well when it comes to her siblings. "From the perspective of my parents, and the people I know, I don't know if they want to work hard to raise their children." "I got it from [mga] kapatid ko."
